The 16 gauge ten cz septum clicker is made from solid yellow 14k gold. The 5/16" long curved barbell is hinged on one side and snaps firmly shut on the other. The interior diameter is 3/8", measured inside the clicker from top to bottom. The gems are available in clear only!
