At Tulsa Body Jewelry, we prioritize your satisfaction while maintaining the highest hygiene standards for all wearable items. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened and heat-sealed jewelry within 30 days of delivery.

Verify Eligibility

Ensure your items are still in their original, vacuum-sealed heat bags; for health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on body jewelry once the seal is broken.

Contact Support

Email our customer service team with your order number to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.

Pack and Ship

Securely package your items with the original invoice and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package before shipping via a trackable carrier.

Processing and Refund

Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, excluding shipping costs.
