The 14 gauge cone is made from high polish grade 23 titanium (Ti 6Al-4V ELI ASTM F136). These will fit most any 14 gauge internally threaded straight barbell, labret or dermal anchor. We cannot guarantee compatibility with curved barbells. A cone measuring '4x8mm' has a base diameter of 4mm and overall spike length is 8mm. Choose your size below.
